FAQs

  • Can we have a bouncy castle?
Yes, in the main hall only, as long as it’s for use only by the under 10’s. Your supplier (and any third party, e.g. children’s entertainer / caterer) must provide their own public liability insurance. Injuries or consequential damage to the hall are not covered by our insurers.
Our hall is approximately 3.7 metres in height, from floor to ceiling.

  • Can we have a paid bar?
If alcohol will be sold during your event you must obtain a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) from North Somerset Council and provide LPC with a copy and advise of the bar opening and closing times..

  • Do you cater for teenage parties?
Regrettably, we are unable to allow teenage parties, even if adults will be present. There have been a number of difficulties in the past and we have a responsibility towards our neighbours in this residential area.

  • Are animals permitted in the hall?
    Assistance dogs are welcome.

  • What do we do with rubbish?
All rubbish must be removed by the hirer at the end of the event.

  • How long do we have for setting up and tidying up?
Setting up and tidying up must be completed within the agreed period of hire.
Viewing is by appointment only
